Me complace enormemente anunciaros que el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad le ha otorgado a la revista Estudios Irlandeses el sello de calidad FECYT de revistas científicas españolas. Este reconocimiento sin lugar a dudas incrementa la visibilidad internacional de la revista y da muestra de la gran calidad de la investigación publicada en ella.
Nuestro más sincero agradecimiento y felicitación tanto a la anterior editora, la Dra. Rosa González Casademont, por su excelente trabajo de años atrás, como al actual editor, Dr. José Francisco Fernández Sánchez, quien presentó la documentación para este nuevo mérito.

It is a great pleasure to announce that the journal Estudios Irlandeses is now indexed in the prestigious database FECYT, of scientific Spanish journals, a new merit granted by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitivity. This achievement, without a doubt, enhances the international visibility of the journal and it signals the high quality research published there.
We would like to sincerely thank and congratulate former editor, Dr. Rosa González Casademont, for her excellent work all these previous years, and current editor José Francisco Fernández Sánchez, who has dealt with all the necessary paperwork.
